Rebrand and reposition the company from The Landon Team to a whole new name, and to refresh its brand identity and brand positioning to boost its visibility in the market.

The Strategy:

Collaborating closely with founder Billy Wiegner, we developed a brand strategy centered on the promise ”Achieve Your Next-Level Dreams through Real Estate,” which hinged on the team’s commitment to creating real, personal pathways to dream fulfillment at life’s most important transition points. The resulting name —LVL (pronounced “level”) — is a direct reflection of this promise; LVL embodies the spirit of leaning forward into your dreams and allowing yourself to see how far they can take you.

The corresponding visual and messaging strategy focused on personalized service and client empowerment. We positioned LVL as trusted advisors to passionate, positive, forward-thinking buyers and sellers who want to make good things happen through real estate —but know they need a trusted expert in their corner to make it happen. From the brand story to the new identity system, voice, tone, messaging, and suite of materials, every aspect of the brand was carefully crafted to reflect its unwavering commitment to its customers’ success.
